Take a look at the listing history to verify.  I'm actually thinking of writing a blog on this because I see reported results in Hollywood, FL that I don't necessarily agree with.

I see the graph didn't show up, I'll have to try that again. After checking the history on all but a few, they are still selling at around 94% of their price. This is Hillsborough and Pasco counties. How are things in Hollywood?
