Hidden just across the Prince William County line is the waterfront community of Belmont Bay.  If you are driving down US Route 1 and cross the Occoquan River take a glance to your left and you will be surprised at what you will see.  A community Washingtonian Magazine has twice picked as one of the "best communities" to live in the DC area sits right on the Occoquan River.  So take a tour of our photo album of this hidden gem on the Occoquan River.

With a variety of choices from detached homes, townhouses, and condos buyers can find just about anything they are looking for.  What makes it even more unusual is the VRE station at the entrance to the community making the commute in to DC a breeze.  With a community pool, two sets of tennis courts, a golf course and club house you don't have to go very far to find a place to play.

Currently there are two new developments with condos for sale.  Harborside developed by EFO Capital Management overlooks the marina and has units available from the low 400's with parking and storage included.  Beacon Park an over 55 developed by Comstock homes on the edge of the 18^th hole of the golf course and prices range from the mid 300's and up.  Belmont Bay is home to the only luxury high rise in Prince William County-Harborview.  Resale units in the building have been popular especially since this building features on-site management, party room and the only private pool in the community.
