Bad Housing Market? I don't think so....business is booming!

Bad economy? What bad economy?

Ok so a balanced market is ideal...but that rarely happens anyway.

I'm happy to announce our business is BOOMING and we are busier than ever!

Right now my business partner and I are much busier than last year, and it feels like it is only going up from here.

I don't think I'm alone in this. Yesterday at our sales meeting our manager asked us "Doesn't it feel like a Spring Market?"

I think in my area, seller's are coming to terms with prices, and buyers are becoming more comfortable to buy.

Media...stop the negative reporting...there are some really positive things going on in this market as well!
