Tina, our sellers are also accepting it now after 6 years of this mess. yes Craigslists works in Ann Arbor, I love submitting my vflyers there. It is soooooooo easy

Missy - Sounds like a lot of exposure if folks want to sell their home in Ann Arbor, well done!

Hi Missy...I use Vflyers also and find them easy and quick to prepare.

I often send post cards with photos of the property to owners in the same development in case they know someone looking for a home there. It also shows potential sellers what I do to promote a listing.
