Ann, I'm just a little surprised at what this years stats are saying compared to last year.  This year is so much busier for me than last...ahh markets are local aren't they, anyway, I know Highland Lakes is a very nice community...hope you have a real spike in sales this fall and buyers take advantage of those great prices.
