The number of condos for sale in Ormond By The Sea Florida through Daytona Beach Area Realtors® Multiple Listing Service (MLS) has declined 15% since the year began. As of June 30, 2011 we had 75 Ormond By The Sea Florida condos for sale and at the end of 2010 there were 88.
Couple that decline in the inventory with the increase in sales volume from an average of 5.5 per month throughout 2010 to an average of just over 7 per month through the first half of this year.
