Home sales activity in Concordia at Deer Springs, a neighborhood in northwest Las Vegas, NV was dismal in the third quarter of 2007. No homes closed, compared to six in the 2nd quarter and four in the 1st. The last closing in this subdivision took place on June 28th. Overall this is one unit ahead of the first nine months of 2006.
Fourteen homes are currently listed for sale, indicating that a few previous sellers have taken their homes off the market. The drought in sales activity is a strong sign from the market that sellers need to adjust their prices in order to generate showings and written offers.
