It was great to see the July Realtor Caravan homes this month. A good mix of old and new, small and large, and nothing over $1,000,000. It just keeps getting better!

End of an era: The legendary Charley's Restaurant in Paia is undergoing a change of ownership after more than 45 years! We still don't know what's going to happen after the end of the month when the new owner takes over, but it's going to be interesting at any rate. We had a great Woofer burger and Caesar Salad on the weekend, and it just might be the last time we enjoy sitting in this Paia landmark that's commonly known as Willie Nelson's favorite place to eat breakfast on Maui.
