Inland Valley Filipino-American Association is a nice group of people in Riverside California that gathers to put together an event for the community.  Tonight, I was elected as a 2nd Vice President and part of my responsibility is to find the venue for this group's christmas party.  Since the budget is not that much, I have to find a place that is reasonable and that would fit 75 people in it.  I started thinking about the Winery facilities in Temecula area and I have no idea yet what they would charge for a small room since we are only talking about 75 people. 

For some of you,  I know that you have done some arrangements on finding venues for your meetings.  Can you please share your ideas of places and what you do as the person who is in charge of doing this?  I would really appreciate any information you can provide me.
