The sales staff of The Green Company enjoyed an evening out at the Rye Tavern. The food was delicious and some of the selections our group made included the pan seared scallops, fish and chips, meat loaf with blue cheese mashed potatoes, and grilled swordfish with palenta. Banana beignet and a flourless chocolate torte was shared for desert.

This rustic and historical building, complete with two fireplaces and an outdoor dining area has true New England charm. The meals are created to incorporate locally grown food, and some of the herbs and vegetables will come directly from their own garden located behind the tavern.

If you get the opportunity, visit the Rye Tavern at The Pinehills. What a welcome addition to the community. Bon Appetit!
