Where are you from?
I was born in Aurora, Colorado and grew up in the town of Granby, CO near Winter Park.
How long have you been in the Real Estate business and where did you get your start?
I have been licensed since 2006. I'm a third generation REALTOR. My grandmother, grandfather, and parents were REALTORS as well. My wife and I joke that I've been an agent for 5 years but I've been in the business for 35.
What are your long term goals in life and business?
My long term business goal is to increase the size of my brokerage to approximately 75 to 100 agents. Ultimately, I would like to step out of the "sales" role and into a coaching and management arena.
My ultimate life goal is to be able to give back to the community and to make everyone who is around me better.
Is there a particular area of Real Estate that you enjoy focusing on more than others?
I have niched working with investor clients specializing in "fix and flip" opportunities. I also specialize in helping investors find cash flow positive rentals.
What is your favorite hobby outside of work?
I am an avid Denver Broncos fan and I love just about anything having to do with the BLUE & ORANGE.
What is your craziest “Real Estate” related story?
My team once had a client who was sent to jail during the middle of the sales process. Luckily, the client was a cash buyer so we were able to complete the transaction. But wow, talk about craziness, trying to coordinate a closing through the jail is quite a nightmare.
