Over the last few months getting buyers and sellers to the closing table has gotten harder. It is almost as bad as watching our current fiascal in Washington between both parties. Too stubborn to play nice. Things that used to be considered simple have taken on a new tone of their own. Buyers who make uncompromising demands and sellers who can't meet deadlines. I am not sure why it has gotten worse over the past few months in comparison to other months or years gone by, but it has.
It is time for it to STOP. STOP IT RIGHT NOW. Whatever happened to courtesy, getting along, respect, understanding, friendliness, etc.? Why can't we all just get along?
