Home sales activity in Silverado Hills, a neighborhood in the Silverado area of Las Vegas, NV continued at a very slow pace in the third quarter of 2007. Only one home closed for the second straight quarter; four homes closed in the first period. This is 33% behind last year's results.
With the resale inventory ballooning to 11 homes from 6, it remains to be seen yet just how effective sellers have been in setting their list price. Buyers have lots of options in today's market, and a good portion of their final choice is driven by price. Homes in Silverado Hills have convenient access to the I-215 Beltway and are close to the amneties of Green Valley Ranch and Anthem.
