I know the Case-Shiller had great news for us earlier this week, but as of today, real estate in Steamboat Springs is officially as hot as the July 4th fireworks. I hope it does not go out as fast the exploding type though. Three weeks ago our MLS here in Steamboat had 61 pending sales. Today, we are up to 91 pending homes, town homes, and condos.
This is a trend we have not seen in 3 years. I mean summertime is usually a great time to real estate transactions but the last 3 years this was not the case. I wonder what it’s like in your town, resort town, hometown?
