Real Estate Recovery in Bucks County, Pa

I looked up Trendmls for listings and came across a report that suggests the market in Bucks County is improving based on number of pending transactions for June 2011..

According to Trendmls Bucks county reported that  residential homes pending in June 2011 was 24.22% higher than number of homes pending settlement in June 2010.

If this trend continues it will show that the market is improving.

I have noticed that homes in many parts of Bucks County are selling if priced right.

There were 518 units pending settlement in June 2011 according to the report.

This information is deeemed to be correct but is subject to errors and omissions.
