How much does the average home in Downey, CA 90241cost?  I want to buy a home in this area but I have no idea how much a home cost.  I would like to buy a 3-bedroom, 2 bath home with no more than 1700 square feet that has an average size lot but no more than 6000 sq. ft.  I don’t want a fancy house but not too simple and rundown either.  I just want an average home in the Downey, CA 90241 area.
