Terrific idea with many applications: Have you seen ZipSkinny.com? Go there and put in your zip code. This is really interesting stuff.
Send it in your mailings to your Sphere of Influence and farms. Introduce it by asking, "What is the Educational Achievement of the people in your zip code? Marital Status? Household Income? How does your zip code compare with people in the other zip codes in your area? Or around the country? All this and more is at ZipSkinny.com. I found it really interesting and wanted to share it with you.
Those of you that know what I teach regarding marketing will understand. Don't feature this on your mailing. Put it on the mailing side.
If you know of other sites that would have any kind of universal interest, let's share it with each other. It would make a good continuous or intermittent feature on your mailings as long as the sites have that kind of universal interest and appeal.
