Mark - new home sales up and builders back to building are sure signs of a real estate recovery taking place the construction and sale of new homes adds a lot into the economy. Thanks for helping to make it a great day to be in real estate.
HI Mark,
Love your 5 point method, and as Kathy mentions, having builders built does so much more than just sell a property it truly grows and recovers an entire community
Mark - what a comprehensive post about reasons to buy a new home in Hampton Roads area in Virginia. Suggested for the great content.
One thing that many of my buyers like about buying in a new planned community: they are not the 'new kids on the block' - since everyone is new and looking for friends!
Virginia, very good point. Many of our buyers are relocating from out of town, and they are able to meet new friends very quickly at their Resident's Club & pool.
Thanks, Mark
Mark: You are the localism KING! Great points and excellent photos! What's a buyer not to love?!
