Lisa and Robert -- the administrator of the estate did accept an offer Thursday and he's looking for a back-up should anything happen(you never know these days). I hope we will have good weather but we're expecting higher than normal humidity to could push the "real" temps close to 100.

Hi Suzanne -- the seller(administrator of the estate) actually accepted an offer this past Thursday night but I had already scheduled open houses this weekend. And of course, when an offer is newly accepted anything can happen ..... so I'm here now at my open house(and checking active rain between visitors).
