Do your listings STAND OUT and get the attention they deserve?

 

    

 

Fall is my favorite time of year! I love all the beautiful colors the trees display, the cool, crisp air, and those bonfires!  This year I'm feeling a little cheated....because of all the hot days we've experienced, many of the trees are still green or once they start to turn...it hasn't been an impressive show of color. I was headed to the park the other day and I can't tell you how disappointed I was as we drove up to a pitiful display of autumn trees!   This reminds me of many homes that are currently sitting on the market. With 80% of buyers looking to the internet to "window shop" for their dream home,  buyers are not impressed at what they are seeing......

 
 
Now what do you think would happen if at the park, I spotted that one tree that was a breathtaking brilliant shade of red that just stood out among all the other lackluster trees? Of course, I would immediately be drawn to it, walk over to get a closer look, and probably spend some time enjoying its beauty!
 
 
This is the same reaction a home that has been properly prepared and "staged" will be to a buyer! 
 
 
After clicking through the MLS and looking at many un-impressive homes, that Buyer spots it!  The exterior shot of the home with beautiful colors and breathtaking curb appeal just "pop" out of the computer screen. Now buyers are drawn to it and click on those  photos to get a better look.  They want to spend  time enjoying this home's beauty!  Picking up the phone, they call the Realtor to schedule an appointment so they can view it in person.  Those buyers won't be disappointed because not only does this "staged" home look great on the web....it's breathtaking in person! (and they've already fallen in love with the photos!)
 
 

What are you doing to make your listings "stand out" from all the inventory currently sitting on the market?

  • Are your listings professionally "staged" with many breathtaking photos and a virtual tour to help buyers fall in love and want to see more?  


Instead of price reductions and disappointed clients, isn't it time to do everything possible to make your listings stand out and get it sold?

Excellent point - someone that has seen multiple photos and a visual tour is a much more serious buyer. They have already seen something they liked before contacting the agent. Photos really are worth millions!
