Life can get fairly hectic.  Sometime we just don't know if we are coming or going.  Often times we get caught up in work and our personal lives get put on hold and we don't even notice the people or things going on around us.  I know I am so guilty of this.  The other day, I made it my mission to take time, notice things and the people around me.

As I was walking through the grocery store, I made it a point to notice the people around me.  When I walked by, I made sure I smiled and said hello or made another little light hearted comment to those walking past me.  I made sure to notice their reactions and their demeanor after I passed them.  I do believe, several of them got a little skip in their step!  And, yes, I did receive a few weird looks.  But that was okay, I felt better and I added a little skip to my step!  Who knows?  It may have been the only smile that they received that day.

Try putting a skip in someone else's today.  You will notice that you will end up with a skip in your own step.
