Welcome to Long Clove Mews in Congers, New York!
This townhouse community was built between 1999 and 2002. It consists of tri-level units which have 2 bedrooms or 3 bedrooms and1.5 to 3.5 bathrooms. The square footage ranges from about 1500 square feet to about 1685 square feet and the townhouses have a 1 car garage and space for other cars on the driveway in front of the garage.
These open and airy townhomes have many windows that offer dramatic mountain views and gorgeous sunset views. The entry level has 9 foot ceilings and is light and bright.
The units have finished walk-out basements with an additional room that can be made into a third bedroom, a den/office, an exercise room, or a family room.
The master bedroom suites are spacious and they have many closets.
The kitchens are large and they have many cabinets and many of the units have center islands, too.
The units have decks that face state parklands which offers a great deal of privacy and a tranquil setting.
There is a tot lot available and a clubhouse, too.
As a pet lover I am happy to say that pets are allowed!
At the time of the writing of this article there are 4 units on the market. One unit is a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath unit listed at $299,000 and this is a short sale. Another unit is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome being offered at $339,000. The third unit is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath tri-level offered at $340,000. The last unit is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhomes listed at $349,000.
Between January 1, 2010 and the time of the writing of this article, one 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse sold for $347,500 and one 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome sold for $360,000.
