Motivational Monday: Referral-ready, willing and able?
Do you plan to pursue referral leads when presented? If you're interested in making them an integral part of your business, my advice is to be:
- Ready to respond
- Willing to negotiate the terms &
- Able to take on new clients immediately
To date, I have been sent 3 potential referrals from other members here in the Rain and recently missed out on one by mere minutes. I will continue to make myself available for all referrals, here or through other reliable sources.
Expanding your business through referrals is an opportunity to introduce yourself to agents from all over the world while potentially creating client relationships that may hold for a lifetime.
