Eagles Pointe-New Section of Villas Available For Immediate Delivery in Woodbridge VA

Back in Fall 2007 my first post on Eagles Pointe in Woodbridge VA focused on the deals the developer was offering in a blowout weekend sale. Following the sale weekend and through the end of December of 2007, 15 homes went to closing priced between $438,000 to $710,000. Since most of the original sales were not recorded in the MLS it is unknown what other incentives the buyer's were able to include in their purchase. Interesting to note that one of the homes purchased during that time-frame was a re-sale foreclosure that the original buyer defaulted on within 8 months of buying.

In 2009 the builder, K Hovnaivan, started offering green home options in Eagles Pointe with LEED Certification and energy cost savings. Eagles Pointe is also one of the neighborhoods included in my Whistle Stop Tour of Prince William County due to it's proximity to the Rippon Landing VRE station.

Fast forward and today buyer's looking for new homes  will find immediate delivery homes in Eagles Pointe and to be built homes in the Executive Series based priced between $379,900 and $450,000. The builder is offering additional incentives including designer kitchens and money towards closing using their lender and title company. Buyer's today looking for a neighborhood with convenience to public transportation, shopping and with finished communities amenities are getting a great deal. If an Executive Style detached home is to big for you then the builder also has smaller Villa's priced from the low to high $300,000's.

Eagles Pointe is one of the newer planned communities off of Route 1 and features at it's entrance a Southern Plantation Style Clubhouse. Owners can enjoy the exercise and party room year round. Within the community there are three tot lots, an outside swimming pool, picnic tables with BBQ's over looking a pond and tennis courts. There is also access to walking trails into the wooded area at the back of the community as well. Owners of both Eagles Pointe Executive Style Homes and Villas have access to the community amenities.
