Interest rates on 30-year mortgages rose for a third straight week to a nationwide average of 6.78 percent, hitting the highest level in more than four years -- and mortgage experts predict more of the same.

What does everyone expect?  Greenspan is gone, Bush is spending money like it grows on trees.  Inflation is going up, so of course interest rates are increasing.  Its a miracle they haven't gone up more.
