What if you could see foreclosures before they hit the for sale market?

I suppose that would indicate you have a "crystal ball" of some type?  Actually, that is not the case.  Typically 90% of the properties that have Notice of Defaults filed against them never recover.

If I were to crawl onto my soapbox - I would go on and on in a rant about how the banks bury the homeowner under a trememdous amount of fee's once they get to 90 days of non-payment.  Once they file the Notice of Default, the "other charges" are so much more than just paying the 3 month's in mortgage, most don't recover.

Good or Bad - it is what it is.  However, talking about Notice of Defaults - we have a system in place that will give you the intel you will be searching for.

After the Video - do you see the MacBOX at the bottom of this post?

Have a look at some of the Paris911 Assist terms that you can utilize inside of the MacBOX:

  • pre foreclosure search
  • auction search
  • bank owned search
  • castaic pre foreclosures
  • valencia bank owned
You get the idea.  BE Safe....
