I suppose that would indicate you have a "crystal ball" of some type? Actually, that is not the case. Typically 90% of the properties that have Notice of Defaults filed against them never recover.
If I were to crawl onto my soapbox - I would go on and on in a rant about how the banks bury the homeowner under a trememdous amount of fee's once they get to 90 days of non-payment. Once they file the Notice of Default, the "other charges" are so much more than just paying the 3 month's in mortgage, most don't recover.
Good or Bad - it is what it is. However, talking about Notice of Defaults - we have a system in place that will give you the intel you will be searching for.
