There are two roads on and off the mountain both are narrow, steep and curvy
in areas. During the rare snow or ice storm, these roads may be closed for a
few hours or more,

I have attached a topographic map of the house’s location. It is on top of
the mountain but set back from the bluff.

The house has been on the market since 01/31/11 and was originally listed at
$284,900.
