Shannon,

I carry just about everything in my car - so I keep the open house stuff for the weekends.  Then I make sure  bring a lot of stuff on the neighborhood, market data, DOM, Open House sign in sheet, biz cards, my newsletter, etc. etc.

Then, I think about the food. And only then.

I also have a feedback form that I keep handy so when the brokers/agents come to my open house they can provide feedback about the home. This is done confidential so they only have to provide their initials and this way I have concrete feedback to provide for any changes to the home or the price!!

I also include a unique jar for business cards to be placed in for the drawing I provide for those who attend.

Maureen I love the unique jar idea. Those business cards helps build my email database of realtors. I also include a Broker Price Opinion sheet when I so my open houses too.

You know, I've never thought to do it in a pull type cooler.  Duh.  I put it in bags and lug it around.  Thanks for the idea.
