Winters Rotary Club is hosting there 8th Annual Wine and Food Jubilee. It is planned for Nov. 2 6-9 P.M. at St. Anthony's Parish Hall on Grant St. There will be several wineries along with local restaurant setting up booths with samples of there wines and specialty foods. Also included in the events are live auctions and a silent auction. The dress is semi-formal. Fun is had by all!!! So come out and join the festivities  Tickes are $25.00 each and are available at City Hall and First Northern Bank.
