OK enough of that. Back to business.
Since Operation En-Power started it's enrollment program, the number of buyers who are ready to buy and who are interested in using our mortgage payment assistance have doubled on a monthly basis.
This system allows the matching of buyer and seller, and that information is passed along to our associated Realtors. We do not act in the capacity of agent, our service is simply to inform participants of their mutual interests. Buyers who do not have a lender are also refereed to associated mortgage professionals for pre-qualification. Enrollment is similar for buyer and seller, both understand the process and both are willing to participate in order to achieve their goals. A seller's home or "homes" the case of enrolled developers are matched with the buyers request for location and price. We are working on a web showcase in which homes will be featured on our front page and links to a site (if available) are supplied. We are considering doing a featured Realtor section in which your listings can also be recognized.

This is not limited to the San Diego area in which we are based. The assistance platform for both payment and down-payment service is web based and therefore as long as no local rules state otherwise you can use this system in any state at this time.
