Even though it's a little hot out there - too hot to cook - , a girl's still gotta eat! So, why not eat somthing that's really good but takes only a few minutes to prepare. Ta da! Sirloin Tips in a Mushroom and Wine Sauce.
Ingredients
- 3 tbl. olive Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic, finely diced
- 1 1/2 lbs. Beef Sirloin Tips
- 1 lb. Fresh Mushrooms, slice in half
- 1 10 oz. can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2-3/4 c. Red Wine, to taste
- Add water as needed
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in large skillet. Add beef tips, cook until browned. Add garlic with last remaining ingredients, except fresh Mushrooms.
- Simmer for 20 minutes or until Beef Tips are tender.
- Add Mushrooms and simmer for an additional 10 minutes. Sauce should be thick.
TIP: Serve over Rice, with Garlic Mashed Potatoes or “get your gourmet on” and use Puff Pastry for elegance!
