Sirloin Tips in a Mushroom and Wine Sauce

Even though it's a little hot out there - too hot to cook - , a girl's still gotta eat!  So, why not eat somthing that's really good but takes only a few minutes to prepare.  Ta da!  Sirloin Tips in a Mushroom and Wine Sauce.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbl. olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, finely diced
  • 1 1/2 lbs. Beef Sirloin Tips
  • 1 lb. Fresh Mushrooms, slice in half
  • 1 10 oz. can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1/4 c. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2-3/4 c. Red Wine, to taste
  • Add water as needed
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in large skillet. Add beef tips, cook  until browned. Add garlic with last remaining ingredients, except fresh Mushrooms.
  2. Simmer for 20 minutes or until Beef Tips are tender.
  3. Add Mushrooms and simmer for an additional 10 minutes. Sauce should be thick.

TIP:   Serve over Rice, with Garlic Mashed Potatoes or “get your gourmet on” and use Puff Pastry for elegance!

Pam can I sip on the sauce after the food is done? You just have to have sauce with a meal. It compliments  the meal don't you think??
