Sorry I got distracted by the beautiful child in the pic. She looks like she is having a good time.
Very nice post Todd! She is so BEAUTIFUL!!
I guess that this little one finds it easier to use their hands instead of a spoon.
Hi Todd,
Home buying can be exciting.
Messy too!
:)

Cute Todd, and while home buying can be very exciting, I think the camera, the food and the attention is more exciting for this cutie,
Yes, she's really beautiful, but can't you wipe that mess off of her???! :-)
Todd,
The agent as a parent is a great analogy!
But, reducing home buying to the equivalent of strained carrots?
I love that look on clients as we leave closing! But, one can only hope a good agent provies a proprolactic attitude, one that realizes that it's not over until it's recorded! One that deflects buyer's remorse!

Look at the kid, all happy and carefree, Not ground down by the real world yet. That's the way I was last year (smile). That's my face after a couple of soft tacos have missed the pie hole too.
Todd Now that is excitement !!! Great advertisement if you ask me !

How many times do I answer the phone and someone tells me that there house isn't selling.
Instead of giving free advise, I refer them back to their agent until such time as they are not represented...
Todd:
What an adorable photo of a happy buyer(of carrots). It is interesting that some buyers feel like their home search is a chore.
Great message and darling kiddo! Look out, here come the TEETH! I think this is my favorite age...
Yes, I do hope each one of my clients feel this excited at the end of the sale.
