We make regular trips to the San Juan Islands and have for many years. I recently represented a buyer who purchased a beautiful 20+ acre property on San Juan Island near Friday Harbor, this just gives me another reason to visit. I stay in touch with many friends on the island and keep up to date on the real estate market. I feel it's important to be represented by an informed buyers agent when purchasing property, especially when it's some distance from the buyers home base.
