As of August 3, 2011 - VHDA has made a few changes that you need to be aware of with income and purchase price limits. Call me to get connected with one my preferred VHDA loan officers and discuss your homebuying options.
In the Washington DC area in Northern Virginia counties, The loan limit for new and existing homes is now $450,000. For 1 to 2 person household income, the limit is $120,900 and for 3 or more household income is $140,000
