There were 81 rentals in Oakville in July, down from last months high but well above average for the year. The numbers are in line with a typical July.
Inventory increased to 107 units from 88 last month. The supply of apartments and townhomes remains very low while the supply of detached homes is well above the monthly average. Interesting to note that of the 63 detached homes listed for lease, 42 of those are priced at $3,000/month and above!
