6 Comments on Handling MULTIPLE Rental Applicants * YEP! The GOOD Ole DAYS are BACK!
Wallace you are so right that a good match between landlord and tenant makes a world of difference. As landlords we love those tenants who for whatever reason want to stay a while. My parents once had the same tenants for 23 years. For a long term tenant you are willing to make gradual improvements to the property and answer any needs they have quickly.
Hi Wallace,
Sounds like a good practice for the property management industry. Makes total sense to me. Thanks, Colin
Hi Wallace - DYI landlords who have long term tenants often don't raise rents for fear of losing them. They need a professional like you to manage the business.
I'm signing more and more 2 year leases with NO reduced rent concessions - current rent for 2 years is OK with me!
Good morning, Wallace... It's fun when it's busy, when you have nice people with whom you're working. I agree with your atest clients; I would find it irritating if the owner of the property had the house being shown during my rental.
Wallace- Great ideas- you very Lucky you don't have tight City laws like Seattle Landlord Tenants Laws-
Love IT in Seattle you have to have notary Sign Lease and Owner and tenant all at one time-
