July 2011 Property Sales Larimer County CO

July Property sales were 410, up 17.5% from 349 in July of 2010 and 8.1% lower than the 446 sales last month. July 2011 sales were at a mid level compared to July of 2010 and 2009. Year-to-date sales of 2,302 are running 7.2% behind last year's year-to-date sales of 2,480.

July 2011 Median Price Larimer County CO

The Median Sales Price in July was $242,950, down 0.8% from $245,000 in July of 2010 and up 3.6% from $234,450 last month. The Average Sales Price in July was $271,962, down 2.2% from $278,150 in July of 2010 and down 1.0% from $274,714 last month. July 2011 Average Sales Price was at a mid range compared to July of 2010 and 2009.

July 2011 Housing Inventory Larimer County CO

The Total Inventory of Properties available for sale as of July was 2,686, up 8.0% from 2,487 last month and down 0.5% from 2,699 in July of last year. July 2011 Inventory was at a mid level compared with July of 2010 and 2009. The Days On Market(DOM) for July was 71, down 12.3% from 81 days last month and down 12.3% from 81 days in July of last year. The July 2011 DOM was at its lowest level compared with July of 2010 and 2009.
