Hi John,
I am a Realtor in Mammoth Lakes, Ca. and I provide a weekly/daily Mammoth Lakes real estate update.
Similar to yours, it's a nice snapshot of the market and easy to understand.
I don't have pending or sold info on my report and I think adding it, like you did, is a good idea.

Thanks for the input Bill...I recently stopped the weekly reports and went to monthly as it was too time consuming.
