There are many good real estate deals available today. Our builders are always looking for new projects, and recently we’ve found several pieces of property that have great potential. The problem is coordinating showings to several of our builders. This is a sensitive area.
Another problem that needs to be handled very carefully is who gets fed what properties!!! It’s to our advantage that there is a variety right now to show. We need to basically create the deal before we introduce it.
We have several homes that could be a tear down. Those would be introduced to our active builders. There are several homes that could be fix and flip, and those would be directed to other clients of ours.
Do you fine-tune your showings so that you do not waste your clients’ time or yours? Or do you show each client everything? Some properties are ideal and others are not perfect for each client. Do you make those decisions or do you just keep showing property???
