Earlier this week my friend Ben joined me at ActiveRain University to take an honest look at the business of a lot of agents. We called the class '37 Ways Not to Suck at Real Estate'. I know, a little aggressive but the reality is, some of us suck. I'll admit it, I suck at certain things and could certainly improve and if you won't admit it yourself, then you really need to watch this.

I hope that you are closing so many transactions that you don't have time for improvement. Nothing would make me feel better. The reality is though, the average person in this business could learn something from Ben. He shares a lot of the things that have taken him from a brand new agent six years ago to being on pace to close over 500 transactions with his team this year. It's a staggering number in my mind but after listening to him, you'll see how it's possible. Even if you can find one little thing he does and adapt it to your business it could mean a substantial benefit.
