Earlier this week my friend Ben joined me at ActiveRain University to take an honest look at the business of a lot of agents. We called the class '37 Ways Not to Suck at Real Estate'. I know, a little aggressive but the reality is, some of us suck. I'll admit it, I suck at certain things and could certainly improve and if you won't admit it yourself, then you really need to watch this.

I hope that you are closing so many transactions that you don't have time for improvement. Nothing would make me feel better. It's a staggering number in my mind but after listening to him, you'll see how it's possible.
