Right house, right people!  Just closed in Ashford Park Real Estate – August 2011

 

We first talked with our Tim Francis Realty Buyer client two to three years ago and they just weren’t ready to buy a house mentally!  Fast forward to a few months back and they called to say they were ready to go and wanted to buy a home.

 

Ashford Park SOLD - Picture by Michelle Francis, Buckhead ReatlorTim Francis Realty loves the challenge of finding the best property for our clients.  We checked out a number of great areas from Virginia Highlands to Decatur to Ashford Park to Brookhaven Real Estate.  They loved the vibe and lifestyle in these areas with neighborhood bistros to enjoy.  While all of them were wonderful, we kept coming back to Ashford Park.  It’s the newest area with the Brookhaven Place new retail and restaurant area with more plans on the books. 

 

Over the past few months, we checked out almost 40 homes, the buyer was counting, not me.  A few weeks ago, while preparing for our showings the next day I noticed a property that had been listed an hour!  My first thought was these pictures and property looks incredible and just right.  I picked them up the next day and showed them that I had added a property I thought they would like.  It was love at first house viewing sight!  Within two hours we were writing up an offer, within a day we were under contract and today we just closed!  (There were inspections and other steps in there, but you get the idea.)

 

What we love is that it is truly an awesome home for awesome folks.  We were looking long enough to know that it was the right home.  I love helping folks find the right home for them!  This is why I got into real estate in the first place.
