Lake Burien is located on the West end of the city of Burien, with quick access into town and to downtown Seattle. Just a few blocks up from Puget Sound, the lake has a nice mix of a secluded, private feel while still being within walking distance of shops and restaurants. While there are a wide range of prices for Lake Burien waterfront homes, the most recent sales have been between $600,000 and $900,000. There are many large estates with modern luxurious grounds on the lake, some of which are valued at over $1 million.
