From minors to micros
Just another week in the Intermountain West with its moving and shaking.
This has been a relatively quiet week for seismic events. Thirty three events is below the weekly average, although two of the events registered above 3.0 (One of these was a 3.1 event described as a minor earthquake in neighboring Nevada, although still in my area of interest).
Another minor earthquake (3.0) was registered in rural Utah.
With heat, electrical storms and some local flooding, this has still been a week of Nature variables.
As usual, my comments on my hobby of observing seismic events for this area are to inform, never to alarm.
