Mike - the homes above are just in the town of Napa, not Napa County.  There are 83 REO homes for sale in Napa County, of which 27 are in Napa and 23 are in American Canyon.  The remainder are pretty much spread out.  Curiously, Yountville has only 1 REO on the market and there are none in Rutherford and Oakville.
