Hi Evelyn...search in Google(you'll also need to create a Google profile) your favorite Key word where you'll find your a link to your web site. Next to the link you'll see a plus Google +1 click on this and have your fans do the same.

Hi Donna...Yet Consumer want us to reduced our commission, even though we doing way more, it was a lot easier in the olden days when all I needed to do was put up signs, do and Open House and maybe a flyer and a Newspaper ad.

Fred, I put the Google +1 on my website, but I'm not understanding how to use it. How does the keyword search make it work better? My website is ConnieHarvey.com but obviously I want Nashville TN Real Estate to be the key words.

Hi Connie....When you search in Google be sure you have opened an account...it's Free. You'll see the +1 symbol next to each heading...look at mine listing above. Here Folks can click on this symbol which says they recommend you. The Same apples to your web site when people visit your web site. Google gives you a boost in the page ranking when this happens...send me the search term I can find your web site in Google and I'll hit your +1
