Apple Set To Be The Most Valuable Company In The World!

Apple Inc is just steps away from becoming the most valuable company in the world.  Soon Apple will take over the #1 spot which right now belongs to Exxon. Exxon is at $410 Billion and Apple's market capitalization is at $357.8 Billion. Investors and analysts say that Apple could take over the top spot within the next six months.

OS X Lion. Available Now. Download it today from the Mac App Store.  iCloud. Coming this fall. iCloud stores your content and wirelessly pushes it to all your devices.

Apple's market capitalization has risen by $66 Billion to $357.8 Billion because of the fantastic potential of the new iPhone 5 and iCloud. Apple beats Wall Street's expectations over and over
again.

It is projected that Apple's stock will jump 25%. Apple always does well for Back To School and for the holiday seasons. Apple stores are always filled with potential customers and around this back to school season, the kids are jumping on getting new macs and ipads.

What a come back from 2002 when Apple's only value was in the real estate it owned and cash in hand. Apple has come a long way with much of the credit going to Steve Jobs.

Google as a threat is yet to be seen. Google's new smart phone is planning to give the iPhone a run for its' money but we don't think that this is going to hurt Apple much at all.

Apple sold 20.34 million iPhones last quarter in spite of the latest phone, the iPhone 4 is now over a year old.

Apple sold more than 9 million iPads in their June quarter, again, way more than expected.

  • iPhone sales grow 142%.
  • iPad sales grow 183%.
  • Revenue is up 82%.
  • Profits are up 125%.
I like those numbers in this economy! Are there lessons here?

Apple is experiencing record profits and I say, Go Apple. Go For it. You deserve the success.

When someone says, "who do you think of when you say 'customer service'?" Apple store is the answer more than any other company. Who do you think of when it comes to which company is most intuitive to what consumers want and want some more? Apple is the company that comes to mind more than any other company in the world.

It sure is hard to believe that Apple almost went under at one point, hemorrhaging cash out the wazzoo. I love Apple! Got a Macbook Pro, iPhone and soon to have an iPad and iMac.

Sophia - Well, now you know! Apple is my home page on my Safari browser so I get to see all their new products as soon as they come out and we watch all of Steve Job's keynotes.

Katerina - I just wish our MLS will get on the ball and comply with Realtor's demand to Mac products asap.  Right now if I were to upgrade to Lion, I could not use MLS on my MacPro, the same with Form Simplicity.

Katerina - My iPad helped me to sign up several listings.  Listing presentations become more interesting to potential clients on an iPad vs. a laptop.  I just got an iPhone a week ago and can't imagine how I lived without it now.  When the stock market went down today, my first reaction was to check Apple's stock to see if this was a good time to buy.  It did go down, but not much.  Still it has such growth potential, you are right.  This is probably the time to buy Apple stock.

Hi Katerina, it's easy to see why Apple is rising in rankings, kind of hard to believe that is set to surpass Exxon though, with everyone buying gas, etc...not everyone has an apple. Me, I'm a recent convert to the MacBookPro and I have had an Iphone for a couple of years now, love them both, so not hard to believe the trend...

Nestor & Katerina, Apple is in my backyard. I have little doubt of Apple’s continued success. Steps away?  Apple is already there.  It just has not happened yet!  I just bought the new iPad for my son for his birthday.

John- Remember that is in profits and values. Exxon has very little profit because of all the regulations. It may appear to be a lot of money to us, but really- it is very low profits. They make a good profit, so they are valued high, but the percentage that is profit is lower than Apple's. It was just a matter of time before they would no longer hold that place in the market. Yes, people buy gas, but that gas, is highly taxed and regulated, much more so than an iPad:)

Gail- Ah, let it go down just a little more, hope it does, because we know that is just a reaction to the events- so then buy the stock, then hold on to it:) It is going up. Apple is an amazing company and I love all my apple products. Would not ever go back to a pc or a windows system. Katerina

Those nubmers are incredible!!  I haven't made the move to Apple yet, but have been toying with the idea of purchasing the iphone and ipad just because of it's ease of use within our business.

I don’t know what this has to do with real estate.

I agree completely. Apple is an amazing company with visionary leadership and products that lead the market in every category in which they complete.

We should be so lucky.

John- I don't know why you made the statement that you don't know what this has to do with real estate. I never said this post had anything to do with real estate. :)

But it certainly does have a lot to do with the real estate industry as many agents and brokers use iphones, ipads, imacs, etc.

Their service is like no other. My iPhones home button started acting up so I made an appointment at the Genius Bar at my local store. Once I made the appointment my phone started working correctly but I still keep the apt. When I got there my phone was fine and I was told that I was out of the warranty period. The Genius took my phone to run some tests on it and he came back and said everything look ok but since I was having problems he was to to replace it with a brand new phone. I could not believe it. Over the last couple of years I’ve switched all of my computers over to a Mac and I won’t go back mainly because of the customer service they give to their customers.
