Jennifer, the biggest thing I will be doing is sending out handwritten cards.

One of the hardest parts of moving is leaving the garden you put your mark on. We are avid gardners and have had climbing roses 30 feet high. And tons of other stuff. so you are right about the tree. But it is hard to sday goodbye to the garden. Harder even than it is to the house
This is inspiration to call clients, customers, past clients and friends on a consistent basis for a particular purpose...

Thanks for inspiring me to reach a little higher today and try a little harder. I love going back to old neighborhoods and seeing how big the trees have grown.
Today I am working from home watching my sick five year old. Frankly it was a toss up, she was almost well enough to slog out the day. And I work more efficiently at the office than at home. But time spend with the kiddos is a great investment.
I'm actually implementing a new system that I learned from a successful fellow blogger that brings her "real" leads. It makes sense and she calls it a Virtuous Cycle -
And, I'm going to meet some fellow Rainers at a meet up - I already feel a connection with several, and I'm delighted at the opportunity to meet them in person.
Oh, and I might plant a new tree in early fall. :)
Good morning Jennifer. I like this. The simplicity of the post and idea is captivating. I'm hoping to buy a second home in Western Massachusetts where I can eventually retire.
Today begins the pruning and weeding of the database so that there's ample room for better growth in the coming seaon.
A year is too far...
I would be happy in one week if I ordered my Just Sold cards today!

Great thought to start each day with, Jennifer! Today I have made a difference for a special friend -- at least I think I did!
Time stops for no one. You might as well get something done. My to-do list is pretty long right now.
I can find a home for a cat who "lives" in the house I showed today. Alone. The owner is in a nursing home, and apparently the cat has been living there alone for over a year! Forget about the house selling...it's a mess. One year from now, I want to be able to say that the cat is in a loving home and being spoiled rotten!
