There is still life in the market

Last Monday I listed a small village home; there was alot of activity and by Saturday I had an offer. This was great news to the seller who wanted to sell the property but realise this could have taken many months because of the present inventory level.

To move a property these days the seller need to go the extra mile, this property was built in 1900 however it was well kept, freshly painted, neat, and even the basement was broom swept.

My advice to sellers make sure your property is in tip top shape because you want to be ahead of the competition.
