The final sales prices ranged from $445,000(Alpha Street) to $1,640,000(Braewood Court) with a median sales price of $857,700. In July 2010 the same number of homes sold with prices ranging from $300,000 to $1,520,000. The median sales price in July 2010 was $876,125.
There are 31 properties that show as currently available for sale in the multiple listing service ranging from $498,800(Gillette Crescent) to $4,850,000(Hillside Road). 19 South Pasadena single family homes are in escrow and they range from $405,000 to $1,790,000 list price.
