I just learned from a friend, that in Venezuela, this moron Chavez declared years back, that a tenant, after renting a home for many years (I think it is 25) has the right to own the house.
So thousands of investors, landlords have lost their properties to their tenants who become owners without a title, owners by presidential order. And they forever own them, they can inherit to their heir, they can sublet them, etc.... can you believe that?
God Bless the USA!!! Let's stop complaining and give thanks to the Lord you live here.
